Complete general building services engineering work with minimum loss of materials We received an order for a complete general mechanical engineering construction work of a winery located in Villány. We started with a 3D survey and continued with BIM design. Before implementation, everything was scanned and drawn in BIM so that we could anticipate any problems that might arise during the design phase and have a real, accurate material inventory. In parallel with the design job, we were constantly scanning to track the changes and adapt the 3D plans accordingly, which we used to manufacture the system elements, such as the air handling system. With this procedure, only a single element in the aluminium ventilation system had to be modified on-site, which can be considered a ~0.2% error compared to the general loss of material of about 20% in ventilation projects. |
